Transportation Engineer/Project Manager ARRO is always eager to add new talent to our team of dedicated professionals, and we have an immediate opportunity in our Frederick, MD Office for a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager with 8 /- years of transportation engineering experience. The Project Manager role includes coordinating project teams, producing technically correct projects within budget and on schedule, serving as the lead engineer, and attendance at AM and/or PM project meetings.

**Required Qualifications include:**

* P.E. License (Maryland, Pennsylvania, and/or Virginia)

* Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation Specialty

* Excellent communication skills

* Experience working with clients in the public and private sectors

* Experience in project management, quality control, modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, designs for project, and experience with working on DOT projects
