Participate in meetings with the business owners to elicit, analyze and document details business requirements in Agile environment. • Conduct gap analysis for current and future state of system and identify gaps such as program functions, system requirements, data conversion strategies. • Develop business process flows, data models and system design specifications and recommendations related to proposed solutions. • Participates in Agile practices such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demonstrations and Sprint Retrospectives. • Create and maintain functional deliverables including User Stories, system requirement document, business process diagrams, design specifications and user guide. • Develop test cases/scripts, execute smoke, system, load and browser testing and support user acceptance testing and document results. • Provide continual improvement process recommendations and implementation related to the customer experience. • Assist with implementation of new functionality, configurations, and enhancements as needed.Required Qualifications:• Strong documentation skills • Strong problem solving skills including analytical, logical, investigative and methodical. • Ability to work autonomously and independently • Strong time management, communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio Desired Qualifications:• Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence • Design tools for mockup and wireframe creation • Databases and database queries (SQL) •Test automation (Katalon)
