We are looking for an accomplished Call Center Manager to supervise daily operations for our location. You will be responsible for a team of Call Center Reps that are handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments.

This will be partial salary and bonuses position.

Needed Experience:

• Prior Automotive BDC experience or Call Center Management experience required
• High volume outbound call experience is a must
• Handle Incoming calls
• 5-day work week alternating 6 days
• Saturdays required and alternating Sundays
