If you are a Medical Assistant (CNA's, LPN's welcome) with experience in hands on patient care or working in a back office setting, we have a great opportunity for you. Our clinic is growing, and we are looking for team members to provide assistance to the medical staff and our patients in all aspects of medical-surgical patient care. The successful candidates will have a positive attitude, get along well in a team and enjoy a fast-paced environment. They will assist our podiatrist in providing comprehensive foot care services while playing a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care, specifically in the area of medically at risk nail/foot care.

Potential Responsibilities:

• Gather patient information.
• Recording interactions with patients and documenting them in EHR system
• Hands on care for patients receiving Routine nail care (clipping toenails), removing and applying footwear, stockings, and bracing of patients
• Administering Laser Therapy treatments
• Communicating with patients, filling out paperwork for FMLA or medical record requests, completing referral letter after a visit
• Assisting Doctor with bandaging and/or other procedures, maintaining and organizing supplies and equipment.
• Basic administrative tasks: getting needed paperwork from facility management, preparing patient list for the day, working with patient management system and EHR

Qualifications:

Willing to learn and work in a high pace environment. Must have reliable transportation to travel to facilities (facilities are in the Mountain Home and Harrison, AR areas), excellent bedside manner and communication skills. This is an active job requiring a good deal of walking and moving through facilities.

Entry Level Positions start at $16-$18 and all are commensurate with training and skill set

Qualifications:

Ability to provide hands-on patient care with authority and compassion.

Keyboard proficiency

Understanding of the commitment to the appropriate protection of confidential patient information
