The RN Marketer, as part of a care team, will be responsible for the client care processes with a larger focus on marketing and community outreach.RN Responsibilities (⅓ of role):

• Performing routine in-home wellness visits per State Regulations
• Conducting client assessments and consultations

Tasks during wellness visits may include:

• Wound Care
• Medication administration
• Medication Box Set up and refill visits
• Catheterizations
• PIV/PICC dressing changes
• Blood draws

Marketing Responsibilities (⅔ of role):

• Creating a pipeline of referral sources
• Going into the community to foster relationships with new and current referral sources
• Working alongside the Area Director re: outreach and initiatives
• Analyzing data and tracking growth
• Participating in community and marketing events

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Educational Requirement: Registered Nurse
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in Nursing
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to interface effectively and professionally with client committees, including family, physicians, attorneys, etc.
• Experience in marketing and community outreach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• PC literacy required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance required.
