Description
AMHC is searching for a team-oriented Administrative Support Specialist in the Ellsworth Outpatient Office. This Full-Time position will work in collaboration with the Outpatient team to give the support needed to all clinical staff, as well as maintains other administrative support services in the office. The Administrative Support Specialist will act as a point of contact for clients and other visitors to the office. They will be responsible for collecting payments, maintaining staff schedules, initiating reminder calls regarding upcoming appointments as well as answering phones, and providing general administration and clerical support to all staff. The chosen candidate will be expected to demonstrate the core values of AMHC by showing Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Service, Collaboration, and Respect to co-workers, clients, and the community members.
