Arnolds Office Furniture is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Bridgeport, PA

Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in both the analytical and creative aspects of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will be divided between report maintenance, using Google Sheets (25-35%), and driving creative projects (65-75%).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the marketing team to update multiple marketing and data documents daily/weekly/monthly (Google Sheets)
  • Assist in creating and managing an email marketing and social media calendar (PostPlanner) for multiple businesses to help drive sales
  • Create engaging content for multiple social media accounts (leveraging AI for content, graphics, video creation, etc.)
  • Research, schedule, and post on multiple social media platforms 2-3x a week (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Research and present on new social media trends and platforms
  • Manage our NPS customer review account and send review requests to customers on a bi-weekly basis
  • Generate ZoomInfo contact lists for marketing and sales teams
  • Assist in researching, organizing, and planning of trade shows, including pre-and post-show marketing mailings, pre-show ordering and operations, and scheduling
  • Assist in new employee onboarding tasks, such as signature creation and implementation, creation of company Gmail addresses, onboarding checklist, etc.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1-4 years experience
  • Social media knowledge
  • Graphic design knowledge is a plus
  • Google Sheets knowledge is a plus
  • WordPress is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual
