Arnold Grounds is currently seeking a Porter / Groundskeeper for multifamily community located in Tyler, Texas. We take pride in maintaining our property to the highest standards, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Porter / Groundskeeper to join our team.

Position Overview :

As a Porter / Groundskeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our community.

You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our grounds, common areas, and resident amenities.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming to ensure the grounds are well-manicured and attractive.

Sweep, clean, and maintain common areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and recreational areas.

Remove litter and debris from the property to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.

Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the Property Manager.

Assist residents with service requests and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and well-kept environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when needed.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
