Cloud Cleaning is Hiring a Day Porter - Medical Clinic Near Tyler, TX

Job Summary

We are looking for a part time member to join our Cleaning Team! This position is 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30 am to 12 pm on Fridays. It involves commercial cleaning and day porter services for a large medical clinic located in the Tyler area. At Cloud Cleaning, our mission is to create positive client experiences while cultivating cleaner and healthier spaces. This position is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities and Duties

Keep restrooms and offices in clean and orderly condition.
Sweep and maintain clean floors.
Collect trash.
Follow scope of services checklist to ensure cleaning is performed according to client's specifications.
Make raving fans by providing exceptional service.
Organize and maintain janitorial closets and cleaning supplies.
Provide inventory counts of supplies monthly.
Proactively stay busy with tasks to keep building staff happy with services.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience with commercial cleaning preferred
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Willingness to undergo background and drug screens
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Team player, able to work with a team of cleaners
Able to use App on Smartphone for clocking in and out
Must be able to be able work independently
