Arneg LLC is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Lexington, NC

Position summary:

The Office Administrator assists with a variety of tasks to help with daily operations.

Responsibilities:

· Support Accounts Payable: Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and post invoices to accounting system.

· Support Accounts Receivable: apply cash receipts, help with collection of past due balances, and process daily invoices/credit.

· Data entry, filing and scanning documents.

· Apply cash receipts into the accounting system.

· Assist in accounts receivable billing / invoice preparation.

· Open and distribute mail.

· Assist with answering switchboard calls.

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· At least 2 years related office experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· Proficient with computers.

· Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and a strong desire to learn other software packages.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
