```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at a fast paced dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the office scheduling system (Eaglesoft)
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed

-Discuss patient care and payment options

-Process insurance and patient payments in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting required
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Eaglesoft EMR proficiency preferred

-Dental office experience preferred
