The firm’s award-winning Trademark team seeks an experienced Trademark attorney with at least four years’ experience in a law firm setting. The individual, or their current law firm or IP department of the law firm, should preferably be recognized as a specialist in trademark law. Interested applicants must have deep and regular experience in trademark clearance and prosecution work (domestic and global), as well as familiarity with review of creative assets for compliance with FTC and other advertising laws. Experience with copyright law, as well as Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (“TTAB”) proceedings and litigating trademark infringement and false advertising claims in federal court is also desirable. Bonus skills include proficiency with Spanish, as well as background in the restaurant, software, life sciences, and/or consumer packaged goods industries.

The role is open to both on-track and off-track candidates. Off-track candidates intending to work on a fully or mostly remote basis will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must have at least eight or more years of experience.
