Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which equivalent to at least the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Coordinating with Human Resource Command Officer and/or Enlisted Personnel Distribution for assignments, projected vacancies, and fills 2) Managing personnel actions such as Personnel Actions Requests (PARs) for retirements, awards, and other military personnel actions 3) Utilize Human Resource systems to review MEDPROS Readiness profiles, annually required immunizations and exams for military personnel. This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-03 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-12 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-13 grade step 5 in the broadband. This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-03 Human Resources Specialist (Military) is $99,200 to $133,692 including locality at the rate of 33.26%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: HR Information Systems Application Human Resources Management Manages and Organizes Information Workforce Development Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
