Job Description:
As a Food Runner at Armor Brewing Co, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the guests' tables, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timely service. Your friendly and professional demeanor will enhance our guests' overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables.
- Verify the accuracy and presentation of dishes before serving.
- Assist in food preparation and setup, including garnishing and ensuring plates are clean and presentable.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
- Address any guest requests or special instructions promptly and professionally.
- Clear and reset tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Food Runner or similar role is a plus but not required.
