Our organization is looking to hire a Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Your job will be to run the entire front desk of the office.

The ideal candidate will be capable of answering incoming calls, assisting our doctor with administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a fast-paced medical environment, possesses a friendly attitude, genuinely cares about peoples health, and has a desire to learn. We are hoping to find someone who will stay with organization long term. Meticulous attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk
• Greet patients and provide information about the office's services.
• Answer inquiries from physicians, health plan members, employers, and other staff.
• Prepare and distribute mail and faxes.
• Follow up on medical records requests.
• Schedule appointments for physicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
