The Role

We are seeking an energetic, positive, hard-working, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. As an Inside Salesperson, you will follow up on residential outside sales and residential service invoices and leads not sold in the field to turn them around to achieve department sales goals. This position requires punctuality, reliability, excellent prioritization skills, ability to multitask efficiently without compromising accuracy, and great computer/technology skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop client relationships and establish customer rapport.
  • Follow up on open customer estimates within the residential HVAC division.
  • Rebook cancelled customer appointments to ensure turnaround on department sales goals.
  • Follow up on un-booked customer calls from Customer Service.
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Maintain 100 touchpoints per day between phone calls/ texts/ emails.
