• Required year's experience in Staffing Services including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Data Management and Analysis
• Must have Federal HR experience no negotiation

Day-to-day Responsibilities :

Staffing Services including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Data Management and Analysis

Expected Deliverables :

• Respond to all inquiries within (one) business day.
• Update Staffing Management worksheets on a weekly basis.
• Update Integrated Budget and Acquisition Planning System (IBAPS) in real-time.
• Complete / Approve Hiring Forms with (two) business days.
• Prepare Recruitment Package within (three) Business Days of receipt of request and submit for review to DHCSS POC.
• Prepare Personnel Actions within (three) Business Days of receipt and submit according to established OTS timelines.
