Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at St Camillus, a 124 bed skilled nursing facility located in Stamford, CT, is hiring Per Diem Dietary Assistants for weekday hours and weekend hours.

As a Dietary Assistant you are involved in the the planning and creation of delicious and aesthetically pleasing meals and help deliver to our residents with the highest level of culinary pleasure.

Dietary Assistant will:

• Work with Cook Supervisor and Dietary Manager for the coordination of daily functions of department
• Assist with set up and break down of meal trays,
• Assist with dishwashing duties
• Assist with meal service in team oriented service procedures
• Assist with meal preparation and contribute to the postive food experience for our residents
• Provide excellent customer service to our residents

Applicants need not fulfill all these hours and schedules, rather, based on their current availability and as needed by the facility.

Previous nursing home experience or food service experience a plus.
