- Clearly define marketing goals and objectives of the company and implement various marketing strategies for optimization of the positioning of the facility
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources while recognizing trends in current healthcare needs
- Maintain relationships with physicians and preferred providers
- Maintain customer referral database and report on trends and challenges in the facilities
- Create strategies to maximize admissions and effectively monitor the admissions process
- Create a team approached marketing plan to optimize regional marketing initiatives
- Facilitate and coordinate admissions processes of the facility
- Ensure room readiness for admissions
- Ensure timely signing of required Admissions' documents and create relationship with responsible parties
- Work to maintain the highest levels of customer service and ensure such services are continuously provided in a caring and compassionate environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Healthcares admissions preferred
