Ark Healthcare and Rehabiliation at Branford Hills, seeks a Full-Time, Monday thru Friday, 3:00pm -11:00 pm Front Desk Attendant to join its team.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greet visitors, vendors, and outside associates and a cheerful disposition
• Answering facility main telephone while directing calls to requested staff member or extenstion
• Ensuring internal and outside grounds are monitored via facility security montitors
• Completing light clerical tasks as assigned
• Assisting the Director of Admissions with the completion of Admission agreements while coordinting with patient, patient family, or responsible party
• Other duties as assigned

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word ad Excel functions
