Human Resources Support:
Assist with human resources and business transactions through UAccess systems, including new hires, terminations, job changes, etc.
Track, prepare, and disposition job postings in UA Talent Applicant System and student Handshake portal and coordinate searches.
Assist with processing and maintaining FML/FMLA paperwork to remain in compliance with UA policies and procedures.
Provide guidance on UA/UAHS practices and procedures.
Assist in the day-to-day management of activities and requests related to recruitment and on-boarding of new employees; off-boarding for terminating employees and sending exit interview requests.
Manage and process I-9 verification through UAccess and E-Verify for all new hires.
Responsible for collecting data and processing all Designated Campus Colleagues (DCC).
Assist with maintaining accurate employee personal information and personnel files.
Administrative Support:
Compose correspondence and communicate confidential information.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings and professional development pertinent to area of responsibility.
Effectively and confidently exchange information with other departments and/or external contacts.
Create and update department files, databases, and reports.
Maintain accuracy with employee files and records.
