Arizona State Urological Institute (ASUI) is looking for qualified candidates to fill their Practice Administrator role.

Travel will be required to all of the ASUI clinics: Gilbert, Chandler, San Tan Valley, and Maricopa. Home base will be at the Gilbert location.

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours, M-F; hours may vary

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Establish and implement effective workplace procedures
• Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations
• Help resolve staff issues through proper guidance/coaching and/or through progressive disciplinary actions in collaboration with the HR department.
• Hire, train, lead, and delegate responsibilities to clinic supervisors and clinic staff as necessary.
• Organize patient records using electronic health records keeping
• Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, debt collections, security and occupational health and safety
• Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupply
• Interact with patients and address their complaints
• Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews
• Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution
• At least five (5) years experience as Practice Administrator for large healthcare facilities
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and processes
• Radiology experience, a plus
• Impeccable project management skills
• at least two (2) years experience working with EMR system such as Prognocis required
• Outstanding and professional communication skills required
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) - preferred
