Summary
The Patient Benefit Representative acts as the financial advocate to educate and assist patients on available resources to support their financial needs. This role will coordinate multiple activities across various groups in the practice including (but not limited to) working with the schedulers, administration, clinical and billing and patient outreach to support operations.

· High school or equivalent
· Prefer at least 2 years’ financial counselor experience as a Financial Counselor in a medical office
