We're searching for a friendly, multitasking champion to:
· Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
· Triage patient calls and messages with kindness and compassion
· Manage appointments and phone calls efficiently
· Gather supplements and medications with accuracy
· Answer questions and provide clear direction
· Thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment
Bonus points if you have:
· Experience handling high call volumes
· Knowledge of naturopathic medicine or healthcare
· A knack for organization and attention to detail
· A can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly
This position starts with a part time schedule (Monday & Wednesday: 8:30-5, Fri: 8:30-12), and will expand to full time (Monday – Friday: 8:30-5) in March 2024.
