Company’s growth and development as one of the leading non-bank real estate lenders in the Western U.S.

Arixa is truly differentiated in our market. Arixa is both an investment manager and a lending platform, while our competition is almost exclusively lenders who do not manage discretionary funds. That allows Arixa to customize solutions for borrowers without special approvals from distant committees or boards of Managers that don’t understand our business. Job Description

Summary of Primary Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Investor Relations team, the Director will report to the Chief Financial Officer, with additional accountability to the Managing Directors. The Director will be responsible for capital raising and

managing the Company’s relationships with existing accredited retail investors. The Director is the primary point of contact for existing investor relationships and for prospective investors. This function is critical to achieving the Company’s capital raising goals while maintaining the Company’s strong industry reputation across all funds and client segments.

While not an all-inclusive list, the summary of responsibilities include:

· Drive equity capital commitment growth to increase Assets Under Management (AUM) across all open-ended retail funds.

· Develop new investor clients, comprised of High-Net-Worth Investors (HNWI), family offices, Retail Investment Advisors (RIAs) throughout North America.

· Understand and articulate the Company’s funds and what differentiates them from each other and within the

market, while providing a consultative approach to each investors’ objectives.

· Develop and maintain relationships at every level of investor organizations including asset allocation, due diligence, and client leadership.

· Maintain data integrity by promptly capturing relevant investor activities and perceptions in Arixa’s CRM

system, maintaining accurate and thorough commentary.

· Coordinate with relevant Arixa teams to facilitate closings, reporting, ad hoc requests and reports, and any investor activity.

· Apply knowledge and understanding of credit markets, client portfolios, and client preferences to identify new products and development opportunities.

· Develop and maintain collaborative internal relationships with the BDIR team and all groups with the Company.

Special Projects

Works with other internal teams in handling special requirements or projects. Remains current with changing regulations and best practices within investment advisory services and investment management.

Requirements

· Degree from a four-year college or university in a related field required; MBA / advanced degree, related credentials strongly preferred (CFA).

· 7 year track record of capital raising and relationship management with retail, intermediary, and/or institutional buy-side investor clients, UHNW platforms, RIAs, and family office offices.

· Strong product and vehicle structure knowledge within fixed income and the ability to effectively communicate differentiate the Arixa value proposition and its role in portfolio construction.

· Exceptional business acumen, communication, and presentation skills; including the ability to identify client needs while positioning Arixa as an appropriate solution.

· Exceptional ability to compile and analyze data to guide desired outcomes.

· Strong judgement, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized.

· Continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to think critically about systems and processes to improve them through ingenuity, hard work and creative thinking.

· This LA-based position requires in-office work four (4) or more days per week, to ensure close alignment among all executive team members.

· This position will require travel to client sites for meetings and presentations.

Compensation

This position is an exempt full time, with Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 plus discretionary bonus potential.
