Ariva Staffing is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Laredo, TX
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential properties
- Conduct routine inspections and identify necessary repairs or improvements
- Collaborate with contractors and participate in larger construction projects as assigned
- Assist with painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other related tasks
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar construction-related role
- Proficiency in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
