AristaCare at Whiting is looking for an Admissions Director! (Full time)
The Admissions Director provides support to facilities to meet census goals and welcomes new residents & their families to the facility. The AD manages the nursing center patient referral flow including community sales, referral management and sign-in admission. The AD must meet business objectives, implement strategies, create sales and marketing plans.
Requirements:
- Must have sales and marketing experience
- Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of Point Click Care a plus
- Ability to screen referrals in area hospitals
