Green Leaf Plants is looking for an experienced Inventory Control Associate to join our Production Planning and Inventory Control Team!
Earn up to $720 a week plus overtime, WEEKLY PAY, Monday - Friday, occasional weekend work, Day Shift Schedule!

Position: Inventory Control Associate
Reports To: Operations Manager
Pay rate: $16-18
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM *Occasional Overtime and Weekend work*
Objective: This position is responsible for daily activities that ensure the facility’s plant inventory is accurate and up to date. These activities would include, but not limited to, house cycle counts, computer data transactions, expired inventory activities, processing inventory related reports, and plant quality assessments.
Job Description for Inventory Control Associate:
- Process inventory transaction paperwork, analyzes discrepancies, validate, and highlight associated problems
- Perform weekly greenhouse inventory cycle count activities
- Quality assessment of inventory
- Process expired inventory for discard
- On time planning and scheduling of Crop maintenance needs. (flagging)
- Ready date/yield assessment; patch flags
- Inventory activities associated with newly planted or moved material.
- Process and distribute inventory related reports
- Cross train on other activities within the department
Requirements for Inventory Control Associate:
- Experience with Pivot Tables, Vlookups, and graphs in Excel Required
- AS400 experience preferred
- Strong Excel Skills ( i.e. formulas, data analysis, and merging data sets)
- Ability to work in a Greenhouse 25-35% of the time
- Basic math skills- counting, analysis
- Strong communication skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
