• Generates and develops new skilled nursing facility contracts to meet specified production goals.
• Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
• Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
• Generates weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager.
• Participates in important business/trade events that impact business unit.
• Promotes company endorsed programs and services within assigned territory.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Two to three years related healthcare or post acute sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Social Services Director or Executive Director in post acute care is a plus!
• Valid Driver’s License with no significant moving violations in the last 5 years.
• Must be able to obtain a state-issued insurance license within 60 days of hire (Aria Care Partners will provide the course study and associated testing fees).
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
