Duties: In this position you will provide relief management of a couple of self-storage facilities while remaining in compliance with all state and federal laws. This position provides relief management of two facilities in the Colorado Springs area. Job duties include:

  • Show and rent units and parking spaces, assist customers with selection.
  • Answer phone, make phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Process payments, make delinquency calls, and note account files.
  • Maintain accurate rental agreements and complete customer files.
  • Use computer software, print and interpret reports.
  • Perform light maintenance such as cleaning units, pulling weeds, sweeping, mopping and minor repairs.
  • Daily walk throughs and security checks of the property.
  • Follow opening/closing and daily operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance financial transactions.
  • Work closely with the Argus team to serve customers.

What we require from you:

  • Valid state issued driver license and reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work Saturdays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct physical maintenance, both outdoors and indoors
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Desired Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service excellence
  • Self storage experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
