```Job Overview``` We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and property owners. ```Responsibilities``` - Assist with leasing activities, including showing available units to prospective tenants and processing rental applications - Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring that units are clean and in good condition - Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist with rent collection and ensure that all payments are accurately recorded - Coordinate maintenance requests and work closely with vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs - Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the properties - Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues - Assist with marketing efforts, including creating advertisements and managing online listings ```Experience``` - Previous experience in wireless sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred - Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with property management software is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
