Argus Professional Storage Management is hiring for a Assistant Manager/Maintenance Tech in the Cottonwood, AZ area.

Storage experience preferred, but not required. Joining our team means working with some of the most experienced and dedicated self-storage experts in the industry. Our main focus is developing our employees and providing all the tools necessary for a successful career/future in property management. Training and open-ended support is provided for all of our employees.

This position is Part Time, up to 16 hours per week, with a flexible work schedule. Transportation required to work at different properties.

WHAT OUR ASSISTANT MANAGERS/MAINTENANCE TECHS DO:

• Maintain property and grounds for clean and professional appearance
• Indoor/Outdoor Maintenance Work
• Security Walks and Assessments
• Repair/Maintain Equipment
• Cleaning Common Areas e.g. Bathrooms, Hallways, Units
• Office assigned i.e Leasing, Payments Etc.
• Other duties as assigned
