Position Summary

Argus of Colorado is looking for Part-Time or Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our family and provide our clients with loving care in the comfort of their own homes. We can offer a flexible schedule depending on your availability, we do ask that you commit to specific hours each week. Argus Home Health Care takes pride in the positive, energetic, people-oriented individuals that work on the front lines with our clients.

Experience

• Home Health experience (preferred but no required)
• Home Health Aide (preferred but no required)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day living activities.
• Perform meal preparation, feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming.
• Assist clients with mobility with cane, crutches, walker or wheelchair and transfer with Hoyer lift.
• Respond to client needs with a cooperative and willing attitude.
• Communicate with the primary caregiver regarding the plan of care.
• Meet productivity expectations and document visits per agency requirements
• Maintain regular contact with the Agency scheduler regarding caseload.
• Participate in internal and external professional development programs to maintain and enhance skills.
• Use provided tablet to reference patient charts, log mileage, and map out your route.

Argus is following the State of Colorado and Federal Government COVID-19 vaccination mandates for the healthcare industry must be fully vaccinated, or willing to get vaccinated ASAP, unless you fall under one of the Medical or Religious exemptions.
