ARETUM is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Washington, DC

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team. As a Program Analyst at ARETUM, you will be responsible for providing analytical support and project management expertise to assist in the execution of programs and projects.

ARETUM is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. Our mission is to deliver technology-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of our government clients, enabling them to achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic planning support for key engagements such as regular Election Infrastructure forums
  • Developing communications materials, such as preparatory materials for senior level external engagements, external materials (website, blog posts), internal briefings (annotated agendas)
  • Developing and maintaining a repository of ESR materials including meeting agendas, presentations, etc.
  • Supporting the development of business plans, operational plans, and long-range strategic plans for ESR
  • Providing administrative support to monitor, track responses, and draft content for taskers that are not inherently governmental functions both through CATT and internally to ESR
  • Gathering/documenting requirement from internal and external ESR stakeholders and identify options for execution (e.g., translate those requirements into projects)
  • Supporting ESR managers in meetings by taking notes and tracking key action items
  • Facilitating meetings with ESR partners and other parties contributing to the ESR mission
  • Support the coordination of program manager reviews related to ESR projects
  • Assisting with planning, scheduling, logistics, and facilitation of key ESR engagements, subject to all required DHS conference approvals and Government review.
  • Supporting written communication with stakeholders on meetings, agendas, follow up actions, and receiving document feedback, and implementing corrective actions if necessary
  • Providing meeting logistics support including scheduling, preparing presentation material, facilitating meetings, and drafting minutes or after-action reviews
  • Preparing materials and recommendations for decision makers
