Receptionist/Scheduler/Customer Service Representative - Short-term 01 - 171494 ge A family-owned business is seeking an individual to answer phones, direct calls, schedule appointments, set-up jobs in computer system, and provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients. Training will be performed 3 days a week for the first 2 to 3 weeks and then you will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility of permanent hire for the right person. Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills,
Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills,
Must have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and listening skills, and must have an articulate and pleasant phone presence with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
