 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Magento Systems Manager with comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce best practices to support our B2B/B2C sites as they mature and grow. This role will be the technology lead for online initiatives spanning across multiple internal departments and development partners. This position will also prioritize and be responsible for managing and coordinating support for issues both technical and process oriented.

What you can do for us:

· Responsible for maintaining, optimizing and managing all of our Magento platforms as well as overseeing the management of products within said platform, including product creation, updates and optimization

· Play a crucial part in the onboarding and managing of various 3rd party platforms/integrations 

· A strong ability to anticipate and resolve issues, identify future choke points and develop detailed work plans

· Collaborate with IT, developers and other business stakeholders in the planning, development, testing and deployment of new projects & site/system enhancements

· Create detailed and visually compelling mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate the design vision and functionality of the websites

· Create and manage JIRA ticket process for various systems, including testing, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and other tasks

· Collaborate closely with counterparts to develop compelling new pages and features for product launches, ensuring consistency with brand identity

· Work cross functionally with internal and external business partners to address and resolve site issues and provide timely and accurate responses to questions and concerns

· Optimize product recommendations and upsells on PDPs to positively affect AOV

· Implement site personalization efforts based on customer segments and user groups

· Conduct A/B testing to gain insights that lead to increased conversion rates

· Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, including optimizing metadata, URL structure, and internal linking

· Leverage Google Analytics to conduct comprehensive data analysis, extract actionable insights, and identify opportunities for enhancing website usability, conversion rates, and overall performance

· Hire, train and develop direct reports through strong consistent coaching and mentorship, creating a culture of openness

Requirements

· BA in Computer Science, Web Design or related field

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Magento development, with a focus on B2B e-commerce solutions

· Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS, CMS, JavaScript, Magento and related web technologies

· Experience with ERP integration and database management

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and various project management tools

· Ability to handle multiple projects at once and understand how to prioritize

· Must demonstrate high level of initiative and resourcefulness, be a solution-seeker. Ability to make practical decisions, solutions, and suggestions

· Ability to follow and effectively execute directions given, as well as being receptive to constructive feedback

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Physical Requirements:

· The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

· Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

· Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.

· Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation

Starting annual salary: $80,000-90,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
