**Job Description:**
ARDEX Americas (), is the Global industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high-performance specialty building materials.
We are immediately hiring a full-time **Customer Support Specialist**, to manage and process product orders for our partner Retail and Distribution customers, throughout the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. The successful individual will enjoy a fast-paced environment, have exceptional customer service skills, be solution drive and have excellent attention to detail. You will be team-orientated, and enjoy working and communicating with our internal Sales, Production, Shipping and Logistics teams, to ensure customers orders are processed and fulfilled on time.
This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) located at our Corporate campus, 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International Airport, with some flexible work options (including remote working).
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop a strong understanding of ARDEX customers and processes
* Understand international shipping requirements and required documentation for international territories (Canada and Latin America)
* Be able to process high-volume orders with exceptional accuracy
* Resource freight rates for special shipments in designated territory
* Directly communicate with customers: provide exceptional customer service in terms of order updates and order status
* Work directly with ARDEX Sales Managers and Account Managers - be able to find solutions to fulfilling product orders
* Manage invoice and invoice adjustment process in territory
* Proactively research and resolve any shipping and price discrepancies
* Assist with the set-up of new accounts and credit applications. Work with other internal departments such as Accounting, to ensure new customers accounts are set up smoothly
**Experience and Skills:**
* Two (2) years of customer or sales support experience, with demonstrable independent account management
* Order processing, invoicing and invoice adjustment experience is required
* Strong business judgement and ability to make sound business decisions in service of the ARDEX Distributor
* Must have confident software and digital skills: MS Word, MS Excel, and database systems (CRM)
* Ability to process high volumes of data while retaining 100% accuracy
* Working knowledge of SAP and SAP processes or other integrated accounting system is desirable
* Knowledge of laws and regulations (U.S. and International) affecting exporting and coordinating with the various internal departments to ensure customs compliance of export documentation is highly desirable
* Knowledge of shipping process
* Ability to excel in a fast paced, changing environment
* Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and telephone skills. Understands Voice of the Customer
* Ability to work independently while retaining a strong team ethic
