JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Quality Assurance Assistant
REPORTS TO: Director of Maintenance
HOURS: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM – 4:30PM
I. Position Summary
We are searching for a dedicated individual with a background in construction and/or maintenance, coupled with an exceptional eye for detail. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our post-construction units.
II. Post Construction Walks
- Inspect multi-family communities post-construction, meticulously documenting any construction and maintenance issues for prompt resolution by the construction team.
- Follow up and re-walk units after repairs, ensuring that our stringent standards are met before accepting the units on behalf of the property management company.
III. Project Management
- Collaborate with the construction team to schedule and oversee community walks, ensuring timely completion and turnover to the property management team for leasing.
- Maintain detailed records of all walks and sign-offs, demonstrating a commitment to a thorough and organized process from start to finish.
- Keep a meticulous schedule, overseeing project timelines to ensure efficient and successful completion.

V. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience with Property Management software
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Construction and/or maintenance knowledge
