Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients and support medical providers in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist with various medical procedures including family planning, sterile processing, and venipuncture
- Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience in ICU, ambulatory surgery center, or similar clinical settings preferred
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and other relevant certifications
- Ability to phlebotomize, perform venipuncture, and handle medical equipment
- Strong communication skills and empathy for patient care
