About the Position:

• Join a team consisting of 1 Physician and 1 APP
• Outpatient only
• Flexible schedule (4 10 s or 5 8 s)
• Clinic hours M-F 8a to 5p
• EMR Epic
• Lab onsite
• Must be BE/BC Nurse Practitioner
