Responsibilities:

• Serve as the quality assurance point of contact for the Business Applications team.
• Liaise with Business Systems Managers and other stakeholders on multiple, concurrent initiatives to understand, document, and test against business requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders with the goal of becoming a trusted partner.
• Build a strong understanding of integrations between assigned business tools and the overall ecosystem.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, release cycle, and production support as needed by teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process improvement opportunities, create process flows, and match technology solutions with process.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance process expertise; prioritize changes that strike a balance between strategic objectives and tactical needs.
• Perform and oversee quality assurance functions to accomplish coordination, monitoring, and reporting of quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate audit information, including developing internal auditing tools, recommending appropriate data-gathering mechanisms and procedures, and conducting internal audits and reports.
• Provide leadership and expertise in the development and maintenance of an effective quality assurance model for Business Applications.
• Flexibility in adapting to a fast-changing environment to meet the needs of the organization.
• Produce regular quality assurance reports for internal distribution.
• Perform regular reviews to ensure Business Applications compliance with current regulations.
• Provide training and change management leadership to user groups as needed on quality process changes.

Skills and Requirements:

• 3 years experience in a software quality assurance role. 
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance best practices.
• Experience in establishing and driving the adoption of quality assurance program frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Working knowledge of corporate business systems and Business Operations practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starting attitude and approach.
• Willingness to work with global team members across different time zones.
• Less than 10% travel; potential international travel.

• Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of AWN business information.
