Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to be part of making this happen.

The Accounts Payable Manager will contribute to our Accounting department, reporting into the VP Controller, by leading and managing to initiatives that impact the growing team of AP Specialists, scale and refine accounts payable processes and procedures to support our rapidly growing organization, guide the team through the best industry practices and help to streamline accounts payable operations. This role will collaborate with internal and external business partners to resolve complicated issues by implementing advanced solutions.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating accounts payable staff members
  • Overseeing and participate in routine department activities, such as disbursing payments, processing expense reports and suppliers’ bills, to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintaining accurate and complete vendors’ records.
  • Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, and vendors
  • Act as a point of contact to the T&E and corporate card functions
  • Maintaining process integrity, internal and SOX controls, and ensure compliance with company policies, and all applicable laws and regulations
  • Supporting strategic and cross functional projects
  • Accountability for service delivery against agreed and evolving KPI and metrics
  • Ownership of establishing and maintaining process documentation and delivery of related trainings
  • Assisting with month end close activities

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Degree in Accounting, and/or Business Finance
  • 5 Years of Experience in implementing and managing AP teams
  • 5 Years of directly managing employees with relevant experience in Accounts Payable
  • Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS is desirable
  • Experience working with a public company
  • Strong experience with Coupa, Concur, Netsuite or similar systems
  • Proven knowledge and experience of end to end PTP in a global setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, documentation, improvement and automation
  • Thorough experience and understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002
  • Attention to detail, organized, strong management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadline
