Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Knowledge Management Communication Analyst to join our dynamic Learning and Development team at ArchWell Health. As a Knowledge Management Communication Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage knowledge resources and facilitate communication within our organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management system to capture, organize, and disseminate critical information across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, develop content strategies, and enhance communication channels to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Design and implement communication initiatives, including newsletters, intranet updates, and knowledge-sharing platforms, to engage colleagues and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Create and curate content for internal communication channels, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and accessible to all colleagues.
  • Conduct regular audits of knowledge repositories to ensure information currency, accuracy, and usability.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on knowledge management best practices and communication strategies for colleagues.
  • Analyze data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate knowledge management principles into organizational processes and workflows.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in knowledge management, communication technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of knowledge management principles, information architecture, and communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, collaboration tools, and communication platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess information needs, identify gaps, and measure the impact of knowledge management initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive knowledge sharing and communication efforts.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in knowledge management practices.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and informative content.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Knowledge Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing communication plans, strategies, and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus.
