* Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physician to serve as ***Chief Medical Director***
* A minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting preferred
* A minimum of two (2) years clinical leadership experience is preferred
