The position includes working 12-hour shifts, with the number and scheduling of shifts tailored to balance both practice needs and physician preferences. Requirements:
Competence in critical care procedures.
Two years of Fellowship in Critical care medicine.
Prior critical care experience preferred but not mandatory.
Open to new graduates.
