About the position
In this role you will collaborate with project managers, setting tasks, and monitoring the execution of project timelines. You will bring your electrical industry expertise and solid organizational skills to help lead a successful execution of project goals.
Day in the life
- Consult with project managers to set up assignments, tasks and timelines
- Plan resources, track milestones, and update logic driven schedules in Primavera P6
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system
- Identify potential delays and facilitate intervention
- Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports
- Keep stakeholders informed on project timelines and deadlines
- Prepare and maintain detailed baseline and execution schedules
- Interface across project functions and subcontract construction partners in scheduling matters
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in scheduling large projects, preferably in Electrical Construction
- Demonstrated ability to perform schedule updates in timely and accurate manner.
- Proficient knowledge of Primavera P6
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal
- Ability to think creatively and make quick and sound decisions
