This position involves providing expert civil and structural engineering services, collaborating closely with draftsmen on intricate plans, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or a related field, along with experience in project management and business development. Strong communication skills and proficiency in drafting and design software are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide civil and structural engineering services, including drafting, design, and calculations.
• Collaborate with draftsmen to develop detailed plans and specifications.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and agencies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability.

• Contribute to business development activities to expand our client base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proven experience in civil and structural engineering, with knowledge of drafting and design software.
• Strong experience developing client relationship and outreach.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
