- Operate and drive school buses safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and regulations
- Ensure the safety of all passengers on board
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical problems to the appropriate authorities
