- Oversee student academic performance and progress, offering support and intervention as needed.
- Conduct teacher observations both for shared time and non-shared time faculty with Principal’s support.
- Serve as an authority for student behavior and classroom dynamics.
- Develop and implement restorative approaches to discipline.
- Collaborate with the Principal on accreditation.
- Ensure school policies and practices align with the Catholic faith.
- Participate in school events, such as orientations, open houses, and graduation ceremonies.
- Other duties as assigned by the principal.
- Minimum of 5 years of high school teaching experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and clarity.
