Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive to deliver and pick up parts from customers and suppliers
  • Locations vary from Fresno to Bay Area to Sacramento. Driver returns daily but may require over-time
• Safely and efficiently loads/unloads shipments while transporting to required destination
• Effectively communicates with Post Production Manager regarding status of daily deliveries and pick ups
• Maintains maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicle
• Assist Shipping and Receiving needs and generates a driver “stop” list accordingly.
• Executes the daily needs for Shipping and Receiving as needed
• Participates in routine inventory audits
• Adhere to and enforce health and safety laws and policies established by the company
• Keep an organized and clean workspace
• Maintains professional appearance and conduct as a representative of AMS Sonora
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

• Equivalent to high school education or related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• California Drivers License and clean Motor Vehicle Record

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
